It doesn't seem like a long time... but two months is two months.
One day is one day.
Anything can change in a second or a minute or an hour.
So two months is a good period of time.

What are some of the things you said you would do but didn't? And why didn't you? Maybe for good reason. Or maybe a part of you was procrastinating?
What learning's can you take from the last two months to your next two months - March & April.
Sometimes we can try to make the year so big that we become lost in the thinking of making it big... and then maybe don't end up doing what we set out to do.
So maybe you could just forget about the year in totality and think about the next two months. What do you want to do in the next two months? Or let's keep it even more simple... the next month.

Re-think how you spend your time?
Plan 'nothing' time - where you sit and think and day dream - with no distractions.
Reconnect with someone you have been thinking about.
Write a letter. Write Thank You letters.
Plant a tree.
Declutter your house, your car, your mind.
Only talk positive talk.
Go for a walk every day, even if it's for 5 minutes.
Talk to one new person each day.
Make more eye contact.
