In 2016, Angela was selected as the nutritionist to prepare a diet and nutritional assessment for Todd Sampson, in the lead up to his TV series BodyHack. Angela Emmerton is also the official Australian Ambassador for That Sugar Film. Angela takes a practical approach to nutrition, avoiding the latest trends and fad diets, instead choosing to educate, inspire and guide, her clients with practical solutions to suit their lifestyle and health goals. Angela works with many health complaints and has a particular interest in positive ageing and helping those who lead busy, stressful lives. Since 2005, Angela has been fascinated by all things relating to health and the human body. Alongside a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional Medicine, Angela has studied the eastern philosophy of food as medicine, Australian Bush Flower Essences, and counselling. With a career history in marketing and project management for high profile, corporate brands, Angela’s keen to combine her life experience with her nutritional knowledge to help people achieve better health in our modern world. Her approach is about ‘keeping it real’ and making small life changes to help overcome health challenges.
