Thank you to Jeanine Sciacca our speaker. The one and half hour session felt like ten minutes. A very compelling and inspiring presentation that pushed us to want to get more out of life. If you came on the night you could see clearly Jeanine's passion to help others find what they truly desire in life and discover how much potential you hold in your mind to do so. In her, talk Jeanine begins with explaining that there is so much that a person experiences through their lives. From the age of zero to when we pass from this earth. The life lessons, desires, wants, needs, e.t.c these are always top of mind.   So what is the Mind? How does it coincide with our everyday lives? What’s it's importance? Being able to have these questions answered by someone who has trained in neuroscience methodology called The Silva method was very insightful. The most rewarding thing Jeanine spoke about was her testimony, the life lessons that she experienced and how she learned to put these into practice, which resulted in the career shift and the goodies that she desired in life.   Everyone has a blueprint (known as your Paradigm) which has your conditioning, The conditioning determines every result that you have in your life ( how much money you are earning, the level in your intimate relationships).   PARADIGM: is a mental program that has almost full control of our habitual behavior. The conditioning comes from your friends family, society. This starts at the age of 0 - 7 years which is the imprinting phase. It is called the blank hard drive and it creates the conditioning of the child. As you grow older you continue to add to this. In your subconscious mind - you have your beliefs, your habits, confidence and self-worth. It has been scientifically proven that :
 Your Mind’s Potential is absolutely Unlimited!
So in theory whatever it is that you want to achieve or do, it is more than possible. There is no limitation to what it is you can do in your life and the only thing that is stopping is you is your mind. The way to get this right is to access more of your intuition. Intuition is a consequence of developing the imagination. By developing your imagination, this can help with problem-solving, decisions, ability to recognise lost opportunities and learning to trust.   Over the course of your life, you begin to create preconceived notions about what you believe your capabilities are.

The beliefs that we hold in our minds - whether good or bad, have some effect on the decision and our overall potential. In order to change your belief create a new impression in your subconscious until you start to believe the new belief is a method that is taught in the Silva Program.   What does that look like? Well, what the mind can conceive starts of with thoughts that we hold which give us feelings that become attitude. An example would be to constantly say to yourself - i am going to be more successful and healthier until you believe it, therefore, overcoming the limiting belief that you are unhealthy.   If you cant see yourself health or more abundant than today you won't change without extreme effort. If you can see it in your mind it will come and is sure to happen. What the mind can conceive and believe it can achieve.   Everyone can have anything that they want with the formula to retraining the subconscious mind and writing new beliefs. Beliefs of how we see the world. Your perceptions are also a filter. If you can control your mind you can control your life. By learning these 4 key skills you can create anything that you want in your life:   Managing and reducing stress. Stress is the biggest inhibitor to performance to love and relationships, good night sleep and good health. Stay calm and focus allows you to access your intuition.

When you are stressed you tend to eat fatty & sugary foods this makes a pseudo effect of feeling high or happy. Releases adrenaline in your circulation increasing the serotonin and dopamine, resulting in you feeling good, calm and relaxed. To be able to stay calm naturally, these are the things that you can do to feel more relaxed: a) Deep belly breathing Take regular 10 deep breaths feeling clearer and calmer and focus on your breath and feel much much clearer b) Meditation This will take you to a deep level of relaxation. Free download is available at If you meditate daily for 30 days it boosts your immune system, gives you more energy, feeling of calm and harmonious. c) Listening to your intuition The only way you are going to know where you are going and what you are doing next in your life is by trusting your intuition. Your intuition is from a  much more higher and powerful source that guides your life. So meditation helps with this. Jeanine recommends meditating first thing in the morning when you get up. The next best is after lunch and the third is before you get to bed. d) Self-awareness The power of your words is great. So try to eliminate negative talk in your life. Get clear on our goals and achieving them faster. We so often put goals in place and don't seem to follow through with them. Jeanine explained that your goals need to be clear, they cannot be wishy-washy. Start with the action of defining what you want and how to get there! The way that you need to do this is set time aside to sit with a pen and paper. Take a few Deep belly breaths to relax and set up your space then ask yourself this questions: a) What do I want to create? b) Why is this valuable to me? (You introduce purpose by doing this) c) What talents and strengths do I have to create this? (Your passions and talents are a clue). Then take a moment to visualise and live at the high point of your desire. Try and do this often and continually read back. Overcome self-limiting beliefs Along with making your goals clear, you too need to overcome self-limiting beliefs. We may not know what our limiting beliefs are, which makes it harder to change them. The beliefs of a certain thing make you feel a certain way. So if we are able to shift our belief system everything around us will shift. It is the way of taking that lid off to unlock your potential to thrive more, expressing more of your abilities. Make better decisions and recognise. Read the book thinking and grow rich, there is a chapter on decisions that explains how these stand in the way of moving forward. By developing a qualitative and quantitative filtering mechanism for your decision process you can make better decisions in a shorter period of time. One of the key things that you need is to learn to trust your intuition (or gut instinct). There are key ways that you can do this, one is by practically trying it out. An example Jeanine gave was when you are on the train predict where the train door is going to stop. Or when you feel something is right or not, when the moment passes take not of your instincts. Practice makes perfect. Listen and get the right information for you to make a well-informed decision with facts and knowledge. As the talk drew to a conclusion it was sure to say that there were a lot of practical things that you could take away.
