The What, Why and How of Heart Opening
What is heart opening?
It’s keeping your heart open even when you feel resistance. When you feel like you don’t agree, or think there could be a better way, or are just not interested for example.
The difference between an open and closed heart:
The open heart says – Ok, I see what you are saying, tell me more.
