I have 35 years experience in the human resources industry in Australia and the US. I have interviewed approximately 25,000 people in my career and one of the key things that I have learned is that if people don’t fit the company culture, they will rarely be successful at that company.
I have a Masters in Science majoring in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney. This is an evidence based coaching masters that using positive psychology as the basis for the course.
My coaching methodology is based on “asking not telling” and is more practical than theoretical. I expect my coaching clients to do the work that they agree and I expect to see examples of how the clients have implemented what they have learned in their work.
My coaching practice covers Executive and Career coaching. I suggest 6 coaching sessions to achieve your goals but if any time throughout that coaching you don’t think that you are receiving benefit from the coaching or I don’t believe you are serious about undertaking the work, the coaching assignment can be terminated without any further fees.
The first coaching session is free. The first coaching session takes approximately 90 minutes and each subsequent session is one hour.
Prior to the first session I ask 2 questions:
1. Why do you want a coach?
2. How will I know if I have been successful at the end of the coaching assignment?
