Since being qualified as a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) back in 2003, I’ve coached numerous individuals in making behavioural changes needed for success, whether in business or personal life.

As a consultant with over 18 years experience in organisational transformation and business strategy, I am uniquely placed to assist those interested in starting their own business. Whether it be sound-boarding business ideas/options, developing a startup vision and strategy, or just needing to ensure you stay accountable for growing your business, I am here to help.

With coaching, my approach is to start with the end in mind, by first getting super clear on what the future state you’re wanting to achieve looks and feels like. In my experience, this is an area where so many people falter and yet it’s critical to the success you wish to achieve. We’ll then support this vision by developing tangible and measurable goals that realistically align with what’s possible – stretching you, but not to a breaking point. From there it’s about tracking goal progress and addressing issues that arise (and they will) that inhibit progress.

My style can be described as curious, understanding, direct, super-supportive, not hypey.

Coaching sessions are offered in-person (I am based in Sydney) and via Skype/Zoom.
